Monica Alidor
Realtor, Office Administrator - Mobile Office
Monica Alidor is the administrative assistant for the Mobile Division of Bellator. Since joining the company in February 2013, Monica has handled all pending sales and closings for the Mobile Division. This includes over 30 active agents in the West Mobile office and a handful of agents in the Saraland office.
Monica is a graduate of the University of South Alabama, with a B.A. in communications. During college, she worked part-time at Mobile Land Title Agency as an administrator. In 1981, she was promoted to comptroller and closing agent, where she remained until she retired. In 2011, Monica rejoined the workforce as a closing coordinator for two years at Coldwell Banker United Realtors.
As recognized by her two-time receipt of the Dana M. Carter Above & Beyond Award, Monica is always willing to lend a helping hand and make sure things run smoothly. Selfless, loving, and nurturing are words Monica uses to describe her beautiful mother, whom Monica credits as being her role model. Though she has passed away, her devotion to family and those in need continues to live on through her daughter.
When asked what she considers her biggest accomplishment, Monica does not hesitate to say that it is her grown children. She has a son and a daughter, whom both followed in their mother’s footsteps and graduated from the University of South Alabama. Her daughter is married with a grandson, Noah Thomas Tucker, making her a “Nonnie.” Monica is also rightfully proud of her husband and in 2018, they will celebrate 30 years of marriage! Family time is a treasured time at the Alidor residence and weekends are filled with snapper fishing and Alabama football.
